Small Town Barbeque is proud to present their smoked brisket, ribs, sausage, pulled pork and smoked chicken. Our highest request is our loaded baked potatoes and brisket tacos. We also offer homemade sides including potato salad, baked beans, rice, coleslaw and more made from the freshest ingredients. Delicious desserts are served as well. At this time it is only take-out, we also offer catering. We are in the planning of our new location. Our family friendly service and convenient location will be in Ellis County.
